I am a qualified Human Givens Therapeutic Coach. 

I work with individuals and adolescents across a range of issues.  I am collaborative and empathetic and you can explore the changes you want to make in a safe and confidential space. I will assist you in identifying and achieving your goals across all ]areas of your life. I will enable you to gain personal insight, self-acceptance and the knowledge and skills to achieve emotional well-being and your full potential.

I also respect and accept, without judgement, that each of us is unique and our approaches to life may differ.

I hold membership of the Human Givens Institute (which is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority). I adhere to its code of ethics and I have full professional indemnity insurance and enhanced DBS clearance. I have had a lifelong interest in health and wellbeing. I started my working life as a nurse before progressing into senior roles as a management consultant and policy adviser with a focus on healthy, inclusive and supportive workplace cultures.

In addition to being a Human Givens Therapeutic Coach, I have a Bachelor of Science (Econ) and Master of Science.
